Returns & Exchanges

Non‑custom items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom orders (including personalized sizes, colors, brands, initials, or designs) are non‑returnable unless there is a craftsmanship issue on our end.
Craftsmanship Concerns
If you receive an item with a defect or workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
Shipping
